How can you return a product?

Think about it and if you want to return any product we will accept it as long as it has not been opened or used. You must also return it in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

We will accept this return provided that you make it within 7 working days from the delivery of the order (this is what is stated in article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). After that time we will not be able to accept returns.

When we have verified that the product and its packaging arrive to us in perfect conditions we will make the refund to you through the means of payment that you used, discounting the shipping costs that derive from it. If you prefer a change of product, and you have to pay some amount, we will send you the proforma invoice and once we receive the payment we will send you the product. If on the contrary we are the ones who have to make a payment, we will send you the product and we will make the corresponding refund or we will send you a voucher to discount your next purchase.

If during the transport you have contracted to return the product, it suffered some damage, we can not take charge and we can not accept the return. Of course, we will notify you within 6 hours of receiving it so that you can claim your transport company.

If the reason for your return is that the product has arrived defective, do not worry, contact us and we will mend it.
Keep in mind that the refund is not immediate and that you will receive it within a maximum period of 20 days from when we receive the changed or returned product. If you paid by credit card, you may not see it in your account until the following month.
